Delicious Food and Great Service!!!

I have to say that the service and food at this Boston Pizza was some of the best that I have ever had. I really enjoyed how juicy the chicken was and the type of tomato sauce that was on the sandwich was really amazing! The Ceaser Salad was great too, not too much salad dressing, which is something that I can't stand. I would definately recommend to other people to come to the Boston Pizza located on Wayne Gretzky Parkway. The service was fantastic and the wairess was on the ball and got our refills in no time at all, and she also didn't come over to often to see how our meal was or ask us when we had food in our mouths. Over all, a great experience and I would definately go back again!!!

Boston Pizza Great Sports Bar

Boston Pizza on Wayne Gretzky Parkway is one of my favourite spots to hang out and have social drinks with friends. Being a local from Brantford Ontario there isn’t many places to go with friends and watch sports. Boston Pizza is one of the original sports bars that has an amazing atmosphere. I am friends with most of the staff and they are great, service is top notch every time I go in there. The atmosphere is great for a sports bar as well. Boston Pizza always plays every game or fight from every sport, NFL, NHL, MLB and UFC. Tony the GM of Boston Pizza also makes you feel at home, he is a very pleasant host and always greets and converses with the guests. The prices of Boston Pizza are regular compared to the other chains of sports bars in Brantford. Ive been a regular at Boston Pizza since I was 19 years old and I am 26 now and still attending any sporting event that my friends and I can attend. My favourite food at Boston Pizza is the BBQ chicken pizza, and as for my favourite drink special, it is the 6$ doubles on Saturdays. Overall Boston Pizza is on the top of my lists of sports bars in Brantford and I plan on continuing to visit whenever I can.

I've been going to Boston Pizza more and more often while on dates. The atmosphere is lovely, yet exciting, and the servers are always pleasant. The thing that draws me back again and again though, is the fact that it doesn't cost a great deal and the food is of a pretty good quality. I'm personally very careful on my expenses and Boston Pizza allows me to take a girl to a rather nice restuarant without breaking my bank account. The only dilemma I often face is that it can take a very long time to get your meal, but that isn't too bad, as it leaves more time for socializing (just pray that the date is going well!) I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone living in Brantford and the surrounding area.

Slowest service on a consistent basis! We go...

Slowest service on a consistent basis! We go because my son loves it there. But the last time we went was the last time for good. It takes forever to get anyone's attention even though they're all standing around chatting by the front cash desk. When I got the food it was bland and boring and way too over priced! The salad that came with it was a bunch of iceburg lettuce leaves thrown onto a dish with a piece of cucumber and two slivers of peppers thrown on for decoration. Presentation!!!! I could have made that at home for a whole lot less. AND Healthy choices don't have to be bland choices! Spices are not fattening! They should probably research their menu items and make them appealing to any diet choice.

Kids

Their pizza tastes right, but we happen to love THIN pizza. Unfortunately, the kids (staff) refuse to serve the customer anything but what they are used to, and simply say they are not able to accommodate our request. I guess the pizza shells are premade, and it's not possible to use a small dough for a large pizza. Too bad, becuz Brantford doesn't really have any good pizza, or burgers, or Chinese food for that matter. And we eat out a lot! Must be great to have such a thriving business that you can afford to turn away customers with a refusal to please them with a simple request.
