Our server was fantastic. The food was average - what we've come to expect from the chain restaurants. What made Boston Pizza stand out was the service. We had 5 young children with us and our waitress handled them with ease. We were served promptly and cheerfully. When you go ask for "Colleen".

We were seated immediately. Our waitress...

We were seated immediately. Our waitress immediately took our drink order. When we got our food, it was what we had ordered. We just werent thrilled with the quality. We expressed that to our server and she immediately offered a replacement dish or discount. We took the discount and left. Not sure if the food was a one time miss, but the service was such a hit, we will give it another go sometime.

The Boston Pizza in Brantford is the only one in...

The Boston Pizza in Brantford is the only one in the chain that I have ever enjoyed. The owner, Tony, checked on us and really seems to care. Attentive service and well timed food that was hot and delicious. When a franchise restaurant actually does things the way they are supposed to it can be excellent. If you feel like a quick bite of reasonable priced, decent food try Boston Pizza in Brantford and ask for Tony. He's awesome!

Hostess was great, we were sat quickly. Waitress (Colleen) took a little while to arrive. Order was taken quickly and the food came out quite fast. The nachos did not have enough toppings on them, not like the usual Boston Pizza nachos. My caesar salad was good, just needed a bit more dressing. Taco sald was excellent. Waited around 10 mins. until the waitress came to clear our plates and take dessert order. When we finally were done, our waitress was no where to be seen so we had to get the manager to get our bill.
